I am a business operator with deep technology architecture behind me. I have built and led companies, operated as CEO, CTO and CIO, managed organizations with 200+ people, and taken platforms from local markets to international scale.

I work with companies that already see technology as strategic, and with traditional businesses that do not yet realize technology can become a growth lever. Often, the real problem is not “technology” itself, but weak operational control, poor data, fragile systems, slow execution, margin pressure, or a business model that has outgrown the way the company works.

My role is to connect those business problems with practical systems, better processes, stronger teams, and clearer execution. The goal is not to add complexity. The goal is to make the company more scalable, more controllable, more resilient, and more valuable.
